FAQ's

Live cultures are specific strains of bacteria that, when taken as part of a balanced diet, complement your body’s natural microbiome. Our formula includes carefully selected strains for optimal support.

In the UK, “probiotic” is considered a health claim that currently has no authorised definition for use on packaging. We use “live cultures” to accurately describe the beneficial bacteria in our formula in line with UK food standards.

Our multi-strain product provides a diverse range of bacterial cultures. This diversity is designed to support your daily wellness routine by mirroring the variety of bacteria naturally found in the human gut.

While foods like kefir or sauerkraut are great, a supplement offers a measured, concentrated daily intake of specific strains. It is intended to supplement a varied diet, not replace it.

We recommend taking your multi-strain bacteria supplement on an empty stomach 20-30 mins before breakfast in the morning, to help avoid higher levels of stomach acidity and thus maximise each capsule’s potency.

Consistency is key when supporting your microbiome. We suggest taking the capsules daily for at least 4 weeks to allow the cultures to integrate into your system.

No, our strains are shelf-stable. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the viability of the cultures until the end of their shelf life. Ideally, keep the product in an environment not exceeding + 21 °C.

•CFU (Colony Forming Units) represents the number of live, active bacteria present in each serving at the time of manufacture.

Live cultures can be taken during a course of antibiotics, though we recommend taking them at a different time of day (at least 2–3 hours apart) to ensure maximum viability.

Our supplements are manufactured to the highest standards in facilities that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and hold FSSC 22000 certification, ensuring high quality and safety.
